Critique Groups

NCW hosts many critique groups in order to help writers hone their skills and get feedback. Groups meet at locations, times, and frequencies which best fit the members schedules. Here are the current NCW critique groups. Are you a member living in or around the Cheyenne, WY area and looking for a critique group? Members are beginning to gather to try and create a Northern Neighbor critique group. If you are interested in getting in on the early chapters of such a group, contact the NCW Critique Group Coordinator.

Advanced Memoir
Meets: Second and Fourth Thursdays, 1:00-3:00 PM, NCW Studio
Genre:  Memoir, Non-fiction (established writers)

Meets: First and Third Fridays, 10:00 AM-12:00 Noon, NCW Studio
Genre: General Fiction--YA and adult
This group is OPEN for new members.

Red Herrings
Meets: First and Third Thursdays, 6:30-8:30 PM, NCW Studio
Genre: Mixed, with focus on Thriller, Suspense, Mystery

Memoir
Meets: First and Third Tuesdays, 1:00-3:00 PM. Cost is $40/month

Red Feather Lakes Group
Meets: Second and Fourth Tuesdays, 3:00-5:00 PM, Red Feather Community Library
Genre: Mixed Fiction, Non-fiction, poetry

FantaSci Critique Group
Meets: First and Third Wednesdays, 7:00 PM in Fort Collins
Genre: Speculative Fiction including fantasy, Sci-Fi, horror and paranormal/supernatural.

Meets:  Second Mondays 5:00-6:30 PM
